About Us

First historic French physical store specializing in gunpla and the “snap-fit” model, we are official resellers of the Bandai and Kotobukiya brands.
We also work with several brands like Eastern Models or Good Smile Company.

How to order?

Different categories make it easier for you to find the desired product.

Feel free to use the search function at the top right.
Then, simply click on the “Add to cart” button to place your order.
You can then validate your basket or continue your purchases.

If the product is currently not available in our stocks, you can order it using the “on order” button.

You always receive a confirmation email when your order is registered.
We will then notify you by email at each stage of your order.

What are the payment methods ?

We offer payment by credit card via Stripe, Paypal, but also payment in several installments thanks to our partner Alma.

I lost my password...what should I do?

You can generate a new password, you can click from the identification page on: “I lost my password”.
By providing your email address, you will receive a link allowing you to create a new password.

P-bandai and Gundam Base, what is it?

Bandai premium kits (P-bandai) are variations of standard kits and are produced in very limited quantities. They are normally only available to consumers in certain Asian countries and the United States, directly from Bandai's online store, and are not sold to international customers.

Gundam Base Tokyo (GBT) is a Gundam-themed store/museum.
She is best known for having a 0/1 scale RX-1 Unicorn in front of central Odaiba as well as these TOTALLY EXCLUSIVE products
We allow you to buy them directly on our site!
All kits go through our store first, so you have no chance of paying customs if you are a resident of the European Union!

If despite our 2000 references you cannot find shoes that suit your feet, you can contact us via Contact form.

What are your delivery methods?

We have 4 delivery methods:

  •  Colissimo followed with signature from 8€ depending on the weight of your package,
  • Colissimo followed without signature from 7€ depending on the weight of your package,
  • Colissimo Relais from €6 depending on the weight of your package,
  • Mondial Relais from €5 depending on the weight of your package.
 

The frais de Shipping are offered from 200 euros for the places following :

  •  Metropolitan France,
  • Monk,
  • Andorra

Where is my order and how soon will it be shipped?

We ship “in stock” orders within 1-3 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time is 48 hours for delivery in France.
Orders from Friday to Sunday are prepared and shipped the following Monday.
We mainly work with La Poste.
You are kept informed throughout the delivery process with the tracking number previously received by email.
For pre-orders, availability dates are indicated on our product sheets.

WARNINGS : Following COVID-19 measures, shipping and delivery times can sometimes be extended!
Likewise, for pre-order dates, certain batches may be postponed due to production problems in Japan or China!

RECALL : Orders containing one or more pre-order items are not shipped in two installments. Your order will be shipped once the model is received in store.

For “store pick-up” orders:
You benefit from two weeks once the status of your order has changed (with the sending of the in-store availability email).

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

You of course have the option of entering a billing address and a different delivery address.
And send your order for gift giving to another address.

Do you deliver to Europe and elsewhere?

We currently deliver to the majority of European countries, if your delivery country is not indicated, we can add your country. Contact us, we will do what is necessary as quickly as possible.
For international delivery, do not hesitate to contact us via Contact form.

You have been warned! : the prices displayed by default on the site are those with French VAT.
These adapt to your country of delivery at the time of your order.

I want to return a product, how do I do it?

You have 14 working days from receipt of the items to return them to us at your expense.
If the error comes from us, we cover the return costs 
Likewise, if you do not receive your package and a package returns to our premises, you will then have to pay again for delivery.

Only products returned as a whole, in their original, complete and unopened packaging, and in perfect resalable condition will be taken back. Any product which has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you at your expense.
Delivery costs will not be refunded if there have been shipments.


Damage to item packaging that does not affect the product itself cannot be returned or refunded.

My package is not delivered / arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your package exceeds delivery times / is indicated as “delivered” but nothing has been given to you, send us an email to contact@riseofgunpla.com with the following information:
- Order number
– Tracking number (optional)

If your package has arrived damaged, send us an email to: contact@riseofgunpla.com with the following information:
- Order number
– Tracking number (optional)
– Photos of the package with the visible shipping slip, photo of the product in the box, condition of the product outside the box.

For information, carriers undertake to provide a response to
your complaints according to the following terms:
– Within 21 calendar days for national shipments in
Metropolitan France ;
– Within 40 calendar days for shipments to and from
to the French Overseas Territories and to certain European countries;
– Within 90 calendar days for shipments to the rest of the
world and COM

How does it work?
After 100 euros, you will start accumulating points on your account for your next order.
Note: the order that causes you to exceed does not allow accumulation.)
ex: Ex: you have unlocked the BRONZE level, you make a purchase of 100 euros, you will have 3 euros in your kitty.

The levels are as follows:
– 100 euros: bronze with an accumulation of 1%
– 500 euros: silver with an accumulation of 2%
– 1000 euros: gold with an accumulation of 3%
– 3000 euros: Platinum with an accumulation of 4%

– Points are valid as long as you make a purchase within the year;
– The code generated on the site must be used when generating it in the “promo code” tab when validating your basket;
Please note: the promotional code is only valid on the items in your basket, it is valid for 30 days and cannot be combined with other offers.
– You are credited once the order is “completed” on the site and at checkout in store.
