Who are we?

First French historical physical shop specialized in gunpla and snap-fit models, we are official resellers of Bandai and Kotobukiya brands.
We also work with several brands like Eastern Models or Good Smile Company.


How to order?

Different categories make it easier for you to find the product you want.

Feel free to use the search function in the top right-hand corner.
Then simply click on the "Add to basket" button to place your order.
You can then validate your basket or continue shopping.

If the product is currently not available in our stock, you have the possibility to order it, with the button "on order".

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is registered.
We will then inform you by e-mail at each stage of your order.


What are the payment methods?

We offer payment by credit card via Stripe, Paypal, but also payment in installments through our partner Alma.


I have lost my password...what can I do?

You can generate a new password, you can click from the login page on : "I have lost my password".
By entering your e-mail address, you will receive a link allowing you to create a new password.


Is it possible to have more details about a product?

P-bandai and Gundam Base, what is it?

Bandai premium kits (P-bandai) are variations of the standard kits and are produced in very limited quantities. They are normally only available to consumers in certain Asian countries and the USA directly from the Bandai online shop and are not sold to international customers.

The Tokyo Gundam Base (GBT) is a Gundam themed shop/museum.
It is best known for having a 1/1 scale RX-0 Unicorn in front of the Odaiba centre and for these TOTALLY EXCLUSIVE products
We allow you to buy them directly from our website!
All kits go through our shop first, so you have no chance of paying customs if you are a resident of the European Union!

What are your delivery methods?

We have 4 delivery methods:

  •  Colissimo with signature from 8€ depending on the weight of your package,
  • Colissimo followed without signature from 7€ according to the weight of your package,
  • Colissimo Relay from 6€ depending on the weight of your package,
  • Mondial Relais from 5€ depending on the weight of your package.

The fees of delivery are free from 150 euros for the countries following countries :

  •  France,
  • Germany,
  • Belgium,
  • Italy,
  • Spain.



Where is my order and how soon will it be shipped?

We ship orders "in stock" within 1 to 3 business days.
Once the order is shipped, the delivery time is 48 hours for a delivery in France.
Orders from Friday to Sunday are prepared and shipped the following Monday.
We work mainly with Laposte.
You are kept informed throughout the delivery process with the tracking number previously received by mail.
For pre-orders, the dates of availability are indicated on our product sheets

ATTENTION: Due to COVID-19 measures, the shipping and delivery time can sometimes be extended!
Also, for pre-order dates, some batches may be delayed due to production problems in Japan or China!

REMINDER: Orders containing one or more pre-ordered items will not be shipped in two shipments. Your order will be shipped once the model has been received in store.


Can I have my order delivered to another address?

You can of course enter a billing address and a different delivery address.
And send your order as a gift to a different address.


Do you deliver to Europe and elsewhere?

We currently deliver to most European countries, if your country of delivery is not indicated, we can add your country. Contact us, we will do the necessary as soon as possible.
For international delivery, please contact us via the contact form.

Attention: the prices displayed by default on the site are those with the French VAT.
These prices are adapted to your country of delivery at the time of your order.


I want to return a product, what do I do?

You have a period of 14 working days from receipt of the goods to return them to us at your expense.
If the error is ours, we will pay the return costs
. Similarly, if you do not receive your parcel and a parcel is returned to our premises, you will have to pay again for a delivery.

Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and unopened, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you at your expense.


My package was not delivered / arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your package exceeds the delivery time / is indicated as "delivered" but nothing was given to you, send us an email to with the following information:
- Order number
- Tracking number (optional)

If your parcel arrived damaged send us an email to with the following information:
- Order number
- Tracking number (optional)
- Photos of the parcel with the consignment note visible, photo of the product in the box, condition of the product outside the box.

For information, the carriers undertake to respond to
your complaints according to the following procedures:
- Within 21 calendar days for national shipments to
- Within 40 calendar days for shipments from and to
the French overseas departments and to certain European countries;
- Within 90 calendar days for shipments to the rest of the
world and the COM.

After 100 euros, you will start to accumulate points on your account then your next order.
Note: the order that makes you exceed does not allow you to accumulate)
