ph609 Chipping Fluid Heavy 50ml

There are two variants, ph608 Chipping Fluid Light and ph609 Chipping Fluid Heavy, the first for small chips and the second for large chips. Water based.

You can easily achieve these effects using our ph609 Chipping Fluid Heavy 50ml which is activated by water, like all other water-based fluids from other international brands. The actual distress designs were made using ONLY a paintbrush.
The first image uses a double layer flaking technique, where ArKom flaking liquid has been applied twice to create two layers of exposed surfaces. The second image shows creating dirt effects using both our chipping liquid and an enamel color.
A good flaking fluid comes off the base coat (usually a rust color) when wetted by water. When enabled, you can actually “chip” parts of the top paint layer, creating a natural effect like the one you see here. The randomness of where the chips will appear also makes the product easy to use.
