The next model in the series of model kits celebrating the giant robots of Muv-Luv Alternative is an upgrade of one of Japan's high-performance tactical surface fighter (TSF) subtypes, the TAKEMIKADUCHI TYPE-00R VER. 1.5!
Specially designed for its combat prowess, the Type-00R version of the third generation TSF is reserved for the general, also called a “shogun”. This is where its astonishing palette of colors comes from with bright red and purple, the symbolic color of the Shogunate.
The TAKEMIKADUCHI TYPE-00R VER. 1.5 is a powerful fighter with massive angular armor plates, large clawed feet, and of course, the signature horned head that is instantly recognizable.
The new version of the Takemikaduchi is made up of 450 pre-colored pieces, which requires no painting. With numerous weapon options included, including swords and pistols (many of which can be stored on its back!), you can arm your new Type-00R however you want, and the multiple points of articulation allow you to pose him in any dynamic fighting stance! The Elite TSF stands over 7 inches tall and looks great on its own or next to Kotobukiya's other Muv Luv plastic model kits and Ani*Statues.
