Première commande, première boite, une pièce cassée. Il est dur d’avoir un avis très positif après cette mésaventure. Je pense que je dois jouer de malchance, à voir avec la deuxième boite que j’ai commandé!

Nous sommes navré de cette 1ère expérience décevante malgré les protections que nous mettons dans chaque livraison.
Cependant n’hésitez pas à nous envoyer un mail sur riseofgunpla@gmail.com si une pièce est cassée, nous pourrons contacter Bandai afin qu’il vous fournisse une pièce de remplacement. De plus si vous avez des photos du carton lorsque vous l’avez reçu nous pourrons également faire une réclamation auprès de la Poste.
