This is a Collector's Edition set that includes the Governor Bump Up Expander, the Governor Weapon Gatling Blade, and the Damaged Mask and Bare Face parts.

Product specifications:
The set includes interchangeable parts “damaged mask” and normal mask.
Using the bare face portion that sits underneath the mask, users can create a variety of different scenes. The color scheme and joints of the Expander and Gatling Blade models are the same as the standard versions.
The packaging features an original illustration of MORUGA.
