Acrylic adhesive is used as the material to stick the tape firmly, which will not leave any residue when the tape is removed.
DSPIAE has developed a unique technology to print graduations on the surface of the tape at 1 mm intervals, which facilitates positioning and measuring during the scribing process. “Double Thermofusion”, the millimeter markings are printed between the bottom layer and the top layer of the ribbon, then the two layers of the ribbon are fused into one thanks to the unique thermofusion bonding technology, so that the line of the The ladder does not fall or be affected by external forces when tracing.

The tracing process will be more efficient if different sized tapes are used in combination.

First prepare the parts needed for tracing the line, then draw and trace the line with a pencil. After determining the alignment points of the line, mark them with a carving knife or needle. Cut a section of the carving guide positioning tape and glue it to one side of the carving guide, along the previously drawn marking line.

Using a push pin or hook pin, gently pull from point A to point B along the side of the carving guide tape. Start by engraving a smooth line, then engrave repeatedly until things are going well. Do not push too hard, which will easily create a rough engraving surface.

Once the engraving is complete, remove the engraving guide tape. The tape should not be stuck on the model parts for more than 30 days, otherwise residues due to environmental factors may appear when the tape is removed.
